**P\&J Atacadista is seeking a Shipping and Logistics Supervisor for the city of Limeira/SP** **Employment Model: CLT** **Job Description** The **Shipping and Logistics Supervisor** is the professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the movement, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring compliance with deadlines, delivery quality, and optimization of the company's logistical resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise **shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation** operations. * Ensure compliance with **delivery deadlines**, **order accuracy**, and **shipping quality**. * Plan and control the **flow of goods**, from receipt to customer delivery. * Manage the logistics and shipping team, promoting **organization, discipline, and employee development**. * Monitor and track **performance indicators (KPIs)** such as productivity, inventory accuracy, delivery time, and operational costs. * Ensure the **safety of logistics operations** and the **maintenance of equipment and vehicles**. * Support the purchasing and production planning departments in demand and delivery scheduling. * Propose continuous improvements in **logistics and shipping processes**, aiming for efficiency and cost reduction. * Monitor **transport companies and service providers**, ensuring quality and contract compliance. **Requirements** \*Previous experience in the wholesale sector will be a differentiator\* * **Education:** Completed technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or warehouse supervision. * **Skills:** * Management of operational teams; * Inventory and stock control; * ERP/WMS systems; * Logistics indicators and transportation routines; * Excel and control reports. **Benefits:** * Shuttle transportation * Meal allowance * Breakfast provided * Life insurance * Medical plan assistance * Monday to Friday from 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM Job type: Full-time CLT
