Plan, develop, and implement new products and process and material improvements, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to schedule. Serve as the technical liaison among Production, Quality, and Commercial departments, ensuring products meet required Quality Design specifications, delivery timelines, and costs, as well as applicable technical standards**.** **Key Responsibilities:** Develop new products and components—from concept through final validation—considering technical and production feasibility; Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation (BOMs, routing sheets, technical data sheets, etc.); Conduct performance, resistance, and adhesion tests for galvanic coatings and paint layers, proposing improvements when necessary; Coordinate the 3D Design and Prototyping team; Identify improvement opportunities for existing products, focusing on quality, cost, and sustainability; Identify new product opportunities through analysis of Fashion and Consumer Behavior trend research; Manage and maintain an up-to-date showroom, catalogs, and other sales tools for clients; Collaborate with Quality, Commercial, and Production departments in assessing the feasibility of new projects and customizations; **Requirements and Competencies:** Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Surface Engineering, or Product Development is desirable; Proven experience in product and process development within electroplating, painting, metal surface treatment industries, or similar sectors; Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and interfacing with production and commercial departments, as well as knowledge of galvanization, electrostatic painting, surface preparation, and bath control processes; Development scheduling planning (MS Project or equivalent); Analytical thinking and focus on innovation; Organizational skills and attention to technical detail; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams; Capacity for autonomous work and systemic vision; Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3,600.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Bachelor’s degree completed (Preferred) Experience: * Business Process Improvement (Preferred)
