**Description** Assist in the development of new products by providing technical and operational support in laboratory activities, ensuring organization and execution of tasks according to the R\&D department’s guidelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in the preparation of formulations and prototypes, including material separation, weighing, equipment operation, and cleaning. Record experiments and tests. Conduct physicochemical analyses under supervision. Participate in report preparation. Search for technical articles and references. Contribute to raw material and packaging testing. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related fields. Ability to perform practical laboratory activities.
