Responsibilities of the Opportunity As a Marketplace Analyst at KaBuM!, your main objective will be to act as a true Hunter of new opportunities and a Farmer nurturing the growth of our partners, elevating the performance and product assortment of our Marketplace. * Market Intelligence and Prospecting Strategy: Dive into market data, competition, and trends to identify, map, and bring new Key Sellers and strategic categories to the platform. * 360º Business Management: Lead the complete sales cycle: from cold prospecting to negotiating commercial contracts (commissions, rebates, and terms) and agile onboarding of new partners. * Performance Optimization: Actively monitor sales KPIs, revenue (GMV), margins, and account health. Lead action plans to optimize seller performance and ensure achievement of aggressive targets. * Recovery and Retention: Develop proactive strategies to engage and recover underperforming sellers (churn), reinforcing the partnership with KaBuM!. * Strategic Interface: Act as the main point of contact between our sellers and internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Legal, and especially Marketing/ADS) to ensure high-impact campaigns and maximum operational efficiency. * Data Excellence: Transform raw data into business insights, creating reports and managerial presentations to support decision-making and demonstrate the value of partnerships. Requirements * Experience in Active Prospecting (Hunter) and Account Management (Farmer), preferably in e-commerce/retail and/or Marketplace platforms. * Proficiency in Office Suite, with ability to build complex analyses in Excel and create strategic presentations. * Excellent negotiation skills, focused on results. * Practical knowledge of Marketplace management tools and Integration Hubs (e.g.: Mirakl, Bling, Tiny, AnyMarket). * Analytical mindset and data-driven orientation for commercial decision-making. * KaBuM!
