Create instances in the cloud environment. Monitor indicators aiming at the need to adjust cloud server resources. Track operating system patch releases and create application plans. Execute contingency plans to support the cloud environment. Carry out performance improvement projects, resource optimization, and cost reduction. Create and execute cloud environment log and error monitoring routines. Support customer service team when related cloud infrastructure activities are involved. Assist database and DEVOPS teams in application incident analysis. Open technical support tickets with vendor support teams.
