




We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to work as an operations supervisor. The professional will be responsible for leading teams, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. **Main responsibilities** * Supervise and support teams; * Ensure quality customer service by promptly and empathetically resolving requests and complaints; * Monitor organization and cleanliness of common areas; * Manage operational routines and team schedules; * Collaborate to achieve goals and drive continuous service improvement. **Requirements** * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, team management, or events; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and leadership qualities; * Organized, results-oriented, and able to handle unexpected situations; **Salary and benefits:** * Fixed salary; * 40% allowance; * Meal allowance; * Fuel allowance; * Quarterly performance targets with bonuses. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday or Sunday according to a rotating 4-hour shift schedule. Minimum education requirement: High School (Secondary Education)
