Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for customer prospecting, lead handling, preparation of commercial proposals, and maintenance of customer records, with a focus on contract management and administrative support. Maintenance of customer records and contractual follow-up **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active prospecting of new customers (calls, e-mails, social media); * Handle leads arriving through various channels (inbound); * Prepare and review freight commercial proposals, including volume calculation, price list analysis, and cost simulation per route; * Keep customer records updated in the CRM and ERP systems, focusing on active contracts, negotiation history, and adjustments; * Support the preparation of managerial reports on commercial performance (proposals closed vs. lost, contribution margin, etc.); * Monitor and record contract validity periods and specific commercial conditions (SLA, penalties, exclusivity, etc.); * Assist in the onboarding process of new customers: collection of documents, tax information, and operational conditions; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Perform tasks related to the role as requested by the supervisor; * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly; * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Completed high school or technical education; undergraduate studies in progress are a plus.
