The **Systems Department** is responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, application development, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of all organizational processes. In this role, the team will be responsible for developing support solutions for the entire branch network, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous service improvement. Additionally, the team will identify opportunities for technological innovation to optimize processes and enhance customer experience across segments. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Locations: Osasco - SP, Alphaville - SP, Curitiba - PR, Uberlândia - MG, or Recife - PE. **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Fullstack Tech Lead, you will manage the **DS** and your main responsibilities will include: * Acting as Tech Lead, leading development teams using Java, Angular, and cloud technologies; * Monitoring and guiding developers in their tasks; * Participating in architectural design definition and overseeing/guiding the developer team. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Solid experience as a Tech Lead, leading development teams using Java and Angular; * In-depth knowledge of Cloud technologies, especially Azure; * Prior experience with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture; * Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript; * Knowledge of observability.
