As a Machine Learning and AI Analyst, you will be responsible for adapting, training, and deploying computer vision models that support critical operations across Novo Nordisk’s value chain. Your work will directly connect technological innovation with tangible impact on patients’ lives.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Replicate, adapt, and evolve AI models for new operational contexts, ensuring practical applicability
* Train, fine-tune, and revalidate computer vision models (detection, segmentation, classification), focusing on performance
* Integrate inference pipelines with video/camera streams and enterprise systems
* Structure data flows, evaluate model performance, and implement continuous model monitoring
* Deploy solutions into production with emphasis on stability, latency, and accuracy in mission-critical environments
* Collaborate with business, operations, and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet real-world needs
* Ensure compliance and governance in regulated environments

In Aseptic Production, you will join a business unit that impacts Novo Nordisk’s entire value chain. We work closely with our business stakeholders to ensure we deliver on their needs—helping reach millions of people. You will join a highly skilled technical team working on strategic AI and computer vision projects. **Your competencies and qualifications**
We seek a professional with solid experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision, including hands-on experience deploying models into production. You will bring:
* Completed undergraduate degree in related fields.
* Fluent or advanced English (a fundamental requirement for collaboration within a global team)
* Advanced Python for Machine Learning, with expertise in specialized libraries
* Practical experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch in real-world projects
* Solid experience in Computer Vision, including frameworks such as YOLO, UNET, or equivalents
* Hands-on experience with model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
* Data proficiency: SQL, Pandas, ETL, and data quality assurance
* Experience integrating video (RTSP/ONVIF/VMS APIs or similar)
* Knowledge of MLOps: experiment/model versioning, Docker, Git, and CI/CD
* Experience with on-premises or hybrid deployment and inference
* Awareness of governance and compliance in critical environments
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Experience with VLMs/LLMs and multimodal architectures
* Orchestrating multiple models (Computer Vision \+ language models)
* GPU/edge inference optimization
* Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
