The Foundation is seeking an IT User Support Technician to work on projects under its management, providing technical support to the team allocated outside the administrative headquarters. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of IT resources used in project activities, with a focus on proactive, agile, and high-quality service. For this position, we are looking for professionals with the following qualifications: * Technical or higher education in Information Technology or related fields; * Previous experience in technical user support; * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office suite/Microsoft 365, networks, and remote support tools; * Ability to prioritize, organize, and solve problems autonomously and efficiently. We seek a proactive profile, with teamwork spirit and good interpersonal communication, focused on solutions and quality service, as well as curiosity, autonomy, and willingness for continuous learning. Desirable qualifications: * Experience with ticketing management tools; * Experience in corporate environments or supporting large distributed teams; * Postgraduate degree in IT or related field.
