**BENEFITS:** * Transportation Allowance (6% deduction from payroll) * Medical Assistance — **company pays 100% of employee’s premium and 50% of dependents’ premiums** * Dental Plan (3 options – optional enrollment) * On-site cafeteria (meals provided by the company) * Basic food basket * Birthday gift: **R$ 120.00 \+ box of chocolates** * Profit Sharing Bonus (PLR): R$ 710.00 (paid in March) * November bonus: **R$ 630.00** * Christmas bonus: **R$ 330.00** * Christmas food basket * Psychological assistance **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education * **Experience with furnaces**. **ACTIVITIES** * Connects furnace/lead controls to the control panel; * Checks temperature on the reader according to work instructions; * Visually monitors the ammeter reader; * Loads cages with coils using the overhead crane, as per production order (OP); * Performs splicing following internal material numbering and identifies cages; * Uses hand tools such as hook, pliers, and iron bar to thread drawing wires through pulleys up to the sand process; * Separates wires on pulleys according to gauge procedure and connects drawing devices; * Verifies drawing device speed per procedure; after verification, attaches wire to the drawing device, removes the drawing wire, and performs splicing while keeping the coil organized; * Ties wires and, upon process completion, identifies the coil per production order (OP); * Separates the coil on the Spyder and stores it in the correct location; * Records process monitoring data on specific forms; * When required, cleans the hopper using manual tools (sieve) and electric tools (hole saw, vacuum cleaner), placing waste into labeled drums and storing them in designated areas; * Ensures product and service quality; complies with occupational health and safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal company procedures; * Disposes of waste correctly per work instructions; contributes to area cleanliness and organization; * Performs other duties related to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor.
