Job Summary: Responsible for general building and operational maintenance services, including repairs, cleaning, preservation, and technical support across various areas. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general maintenance and minor repairs on various facilities. 2. Assists in cleaning, preservation, and organization of the environment. 3. Carries out preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple specialties. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for general maintenance services and minor repairs; * Assists in cleaning, preservation, and organization, as well as providing technical and operational support for routine tasks in these environments; * Performs general building maintenance; * Conducts tests to identify and locate faults in installations; * Prepares infrastructure for machinery and equipment; * Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, mechanical, painting, carpentry, joinery, locksmithing, masonry, and refrigeration systems; * Performs mechanical services on various types of machinery and equipment; * Performs disassembly, repair, and adjustment of various types of tools according to instructions, drawings, or "sketches"; * Performs general electrical work; * Ensures proper maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment; * Fabricates, assembles, and maintains wooden furniture and installations; * Operates industrial machinery and specialized tools; * Adheres to project technical standards; * Assists in cleaning, preservation, and organization; * Provides technical and operational support. \- Professional experience in this role or similar roles is required.
