




Responsibilities: \-Prepare and cook meats on the grill, adhering to the restaurant's quality standards, doneness levels, and presentation guidelines; \-Select, portion, and season meats according to technical specifications; Operate and maintain the grill, controlling fire, temperature, and cooking time; Ensure consistent flavor, juiciness, and finishing of dishes; Maintain hygiene, organization, and cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and utensils; Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices; Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure speed and synchronization in order fulfillment; Requirements: Previous experience as a grill chef, barbecue chef, or similar role; Knowledge of meat cuts, doneness levels, and grilling/grill techniques; Efficiency, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
