Maintain, update, and standardize parts and materials master data in the system. Execute material receipt, issue, and transfer transactions according to internal procedures. Use SAP – MM module for inventory recording, requisitions, and stock inquiries. Develop control spreadsheets and reports using Excel. Ensure physical organization of the warehouse and correct material location assignment. Support cycle and annual inventories by analyzing discrepancies and proposing improvements. Control critical, consigned, and high-turnover materials. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good storage practices. Provide support to maintenance, engineering, and operations departments in material availability.**Qualifications and skills** Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management. Solid knowledge of inventory management. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of information. Proficiency in SAP – MM module. (preferred) Flexibility to work rotating shifts between morning and afternoon shifts.
