Together, we continue refining our culture and strengthening our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a Junior Litigation Analyst to represent the company as its authorized representative in hearings, predominantly labor-related. The role is primarily external, requiring attendance at courts, judicial bodies, and administrative agencies to ensure assertive case management. If you are proactive, possess strong communication skills, have an interest in this field, and aim to make an impact, this opportunity is for you. * Represent the company in predominantly labor-related hearings, as well as other formal situations before public agencies and courts. * Be responsible for defending the company in legal proceedings by presenting clear, coherent, and organizationally aligned information. * Provide testimony as the company’s representative during hearings, responding to inquiries and clarifying facts relevant to the case. * Ensure all documents required for the company’s defense are submitted within stipulated deadlines—including reports, records, contracts, etc.—as well as witness identification for relevant cases. * Remotely advise and support internal company departments—such as Human Resources and other departments—regarding legal aspects involved in proceedings and in executing regulatory procedures. * Conduct guidance training sessions on topics related to those addressed in legal proceedings to support risk mitigation. * Prepare reports and compile data for internal departmental assessments. * Participate in pre-hearing meetings with external law firms to prepare for hearings. * Support occasional ad-hoc (task-force) litigation demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in representation roles, customer service, or related areas—especially with knowledge of labor or administrative proceedings. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation, regulations, and judicial procedures is required. * Willingness to travel. * Availability to attend the São Gonçalo do Sapucaí/MG factory at least once per week.
