This role involves registering and tracking service tickets, performing on-site or remote maintenance, organizing physical and system inventory, as well as preparing reports and monitoring indicators. They also contribute to formalizing processes by creating contracts, requests, and administrative records linked to the area. * Handle technical support tickets via system (Mantis); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Control and organize equipment and material inventory; * Manage shipment, receipt, and return of equipment; * Request equipment and materials according to department needs; * Prepare and manage loan agreement contracts; * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring delivery and collection of equipment; * Maintain updated dashboards and reports for tracking and monitoring indicators; * Perform control and maintenance of internal systems; * Monitor and safeguard company data, systems, and equipment security; * Support purchasing requests and other administrative processes. **What does YouX expect from you?** * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; * Experience with Helpdesk tools; * Basic knowledge of networks and hardware; * Familiarity with digital contract management tools; * Experience with equipment logistics; * Proactivity and good interpersonal communication. **Differentiators that catch our attention:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. **Why join us?** Being part of the **Support and Infrastructure team** at YouX Group means having the opportunity to ensure our teams have the best conditions to operate efficiently and securely.
