Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying and executing work fronts on construction sites, performing auxiliary tasks, masonry, concrete work, finishing, and building repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Performing auxiliary and specialized tasks on construction sites 2. Carrying out masonry, concrete, and finishing work 3. Focus on safety, health, and hygiene in the workplace ● Identify work fronts and construction sites according to the schedule; ● Perform auxiliary tasks on construction sites, such as excavating trenches, transporting and/or mixing materials, organizing and cleaning construction sites, among others; ● Carry out masonry, concrete, finishing, floor/wall/ceiling cladding, sanitary ware installation, window and door fitting, and other related tasks using appropriate methods and tools; ● Perform all types of building repairs, including masonry, slabs, roofs, ceramic cladding, hydraulic and stormwater networks, etc.; ● Perform concrete pouring, repair concrete structures, construct foundations, and apply acid-resistant coatings; ● Perform auxiliary tasks on construction sites; ● Carry out activities in accordance with company standards, as well as occupational safety, health, hygiene, and labor safety regulations; ● Report all unsafe conditions in the workplace to the immediate supervisor; ● Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) specified for the position; ● Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the business environment; ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; Comply with institutional rules and regulations.
