




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring timely order delivery, managing supplier performance, and supporting various administrative and financial tasks within the department. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics management and order delivery to customers 2. Administrative and financial support to the team 3. Freight cost control and optimization Ensure orders are entered into the system as requested by the sales department and are shipped and delivered to customers within the agreed timeframe, monitoring deliveries and providing support to resolve any issues that may arise during delivery and hinder or prevent its completion. Work to ensure satisfactory supplier performance and viable freight costs for the business. Assist in executing administrative tasks within the department; Perform typing, data entry, and verification tasks as requested; Control and request office supplies based on requests and schedules; Assist in receiving customers and visitors at the unit through reception services and organization of required materials, aiming to comply with company policies; Assist in invoicing of incoming and outgoing fiscal notes; Complete forms and control spreadsheets; Archive documentation, receipt stubs, fiscal documents, and internal control documents; record sales order stockouts and rejections; Enter orders into the system; Verify and approve freight shipments; Perform typing, data entry, and verification tasks as requested; Support the execution of departmental tasks.
