




**BR DESPACHANTE VEICULAR LTDA** **Position: Customer Service/Administrative Support (M/F) – Document Processing Agent** We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team as a Customer Service/Administrative Support Agent. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, document organization abilities, and interest in bureaucratic procedures—particularly those related to vehicle documentation and other agent services. **Location** Rua Indaial, 1108 – Suite – São Judas – Itajaí/SC. *Work model: On-site – Monday to Friday – 44 hours per week* **Responsibilities and Duties** · **Customer Service:** Provide telephone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person support, delivering clarifications and guidance regarding our services (vehicle transfers, licensing, first registration, debt regularization, etc.). · **Process Management:** Assist in organizing and tracking the progress of procedures with DETRAN, ensuring compliance with deadlines. · **Documentation:** Organize, verify, and digitize documents, efficiently managing both physical and digital files. · **Commercial/Sales:** Present quotations, negotiate services, and conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer retention. · **Basic Finance:** Assist in tracking incoming and outgoing funds related to service fees and commissions. · **Administrative Support:** Perform general office administrative tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** · **Education:** Completed high school (technical or higher education in related fields—e.g., Business Administration, Management Processes—is preferred). · **Experience:** Prior experience in customer service and administrative routines. Previous work as a document processing agent or in related areas (e.g., car dealerships, vehicle financing institutions) is a plus. · **Skills:** o Excellent verbal and written communication. o Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. o Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite, management systems). o Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, team members, and public agencies. **We Offer** · Salary: Base pay during probation period.
