Job Summary: Assist masons in masonry, concrete, and finishing work, with emphasis on material preparation, site organization, and construction site safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety and cleanliness Construction Laborer \#1062 Responsibilities: Assist masons in preparing and executing masonry, concrete, and finishing work * Prepare cement mixtures, concrete, mortar, and other construction materials * Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites * Perform cleaning and organization of the worksite to maintain a safe environment * Assist in assembling and dismantling scaffolding, shoring, and formwork * Carry out minor support tasks as directed by the mason or supervisor * Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE Requirements * Flexible working hours; * Residence in Lavras; * Prior experience in this role is a plus. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Production Bonus: 241.00; \- Transportation Allowance; \- Breakfast and lunch on site.
