Job Summary: The Inatel is recruiting students for an internship at START Inatel to support administrative and school relationship activities, including visits and events. Key Highlights: 1. Support the execution of projects and events with prospective students The Inatel is recruiting students interested in undertaking an internship at START Inatel (formerly NRC \- School Relationship Center). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative activities of *start\_Inatel*; * Assist in contacting schools and scheduling school visits; * Assist in managing materials and indicators related to activities involving prospective students; * Support the reception of visitors to the Inatel campus, accompanying visitors and presenting campus facilities; * Contact and attend institutions interested in hosting Inatel initiatives, and provide on-site support for the execution of *start\_Inatel* projects, such as lectures, career fairs, opportunity fairs, and promotional activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled up to the 7th semester of one of Inatel's undergraduate programs; * Experience in drafting and formatting texts, spreadsheets, and presentations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); * Availability for 20 hours per week. **Additional Information** **Internship Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Internship Location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
