Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to provide on-site and remote support, assisting with equipment and system maintenance to ensure team productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Providing frontline technical support to users. 2. Assembling and configuring computers and performing basic equipment maintenance. 3. Diagnosing and resolving issues in systems and equipment. We are looking for an IT Analyst to serve on the frontline of user support, delivering both on-site and remote assistance.
