**Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Objective**
* Responsible for planning Indirect Sales and/or executing Direct Sales planning, analyzing performance reports and metrics, aiming to deliver more with less mileage while verifying resource availability—including cylinders and gas—to meet and fulfill scheduling requirements, focusing on proper customer service and cost optimization for the Company.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Control vehicle-related invoice (NF) issuance, NF cancellation requests, return-NF submission, and properly signed invoice stubs, adhering to defined deadlines and procedures.
* Perform NF billing per defined procedures and manually capture NFs when necessary.
* Pair data collectors and printers.
* Maintain daily direct communication with VI/VD customers.
* Monitor fleet operations via monitoring systems.
* Verify consistency between sales NF data and fueling tickets, checking information and reporting any discrepancies.
* Track distribution team expense reporting.
* Communicate continuously with CELOG for decision-making, route changes, and consolidating route-condition data received from assistants.
* Support distribution teams as a programming or incident response resource—for traffic or security issues.
* Create and monitor Lean-related KPIs.
* Occasional participation in DDS (Daily Safety Discussions).
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Flexible working hours.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail—particularly regarding invoice issuance and control.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Familiarity with SAP system.
* Minimum one (1) year of experience in logistics, distribution, or fiscal document control.
* Aptitude for technology (data collectors, printers, route-planning systems).
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
