Job Summary: The professional will assist the IT team with routine tasks, perform hardware and software installation and configuration, provide technical support to users and systems, and ensure sector security and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for hospital users and systems 2. Installation and configuration of hardware, software, and drivers 3. System and network maintenance and security **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 (always including a 1-hour break).** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Assist the team with routine tasks, help triage departmental service requests, and monitor IT metrics; * Installation and configuration of hardware, software, and drivers; * User support for Level 1 issues related to computers and similar devices; * User support for hospital systems; * Manage security options and software on computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection against attacks; * Perform regular improvements to ensure system updates; * Diagnose system failures or errors and report them to the team; * Collaborate with technicians and assistants to organize maintenance sessions aimed at identifying and resolving inefficiencies; * Maintain records of repairs and corrections for future reference; * Provide timely technical support and instruct users on proper computer and system usage; * Keep the IT department organized, clean, and well-documented.
