Focus on user support and IT problem resolution **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Availability for on-site work in Varginha/MG; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft platform solutions; * Experience with user support practices; * Knowledge of computer and laptop hardware; * Knowledge of computer assembly and disassembly; * Power BI (desirable); * Microsoft User Management via Active Directory (AD) (desirable). **Behavioral Competencies:** Analytical ability, teamwork, collaboration, communication, proactivity, and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to the company for user access to systems and various websites, delivering user assistance; * Perform server administration tasks; * Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, servers, and other devices; * Install and configure machines and equipment, performing configurations according to equipment or software requirements; * Register new employees in company systems, creating email accounts on servers and in Active Directory to enable access to systems and network (servers); * Participate in other occasional and related activities within the department as directed by the immediate supervisor, following instructions and guidance to help meet departmental demands and obligations.
