We are seeking a **Mainframe Developer** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Act as owner of user stories, from refinement through to implementation. * Develop and maintain programs in Enterprise COBOL. * Implement and adjust transactions in CICS. * Manipulate and optimize data in DB2. * Create and manage JCL for job execution. * Control versions and deployments using IBM Changeman. * Ensure quality, testing, and technical documentation. * Participate in agile ceremonies with clear communication. * Collaborate with the squad and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * Proactivity and agility to act as the 'owner' of stories/activities from refinement through to implementation. * Strong communication skills and experience with agile ceremonies. * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and MS Teams.
