Agile resolution of logistical problems **Position: Logistics Assistant** **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT **About the Position** The **FBLog** is looking for a committed and organized **Logistics Assistant** to support transportation operations and ensure the entire logistics process runs smoothly, efficiently, and promptly. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring trips, supporting drivers and customers, and directly managing and updating transportation-related information. **Responsibilities** * Monitor trip progress and regularly update vehicle statuses. * Issue and send pickup orders within established deadlines. * Maintain consistent contact with drivers and customers via phone and e\-mail. * Update spreadsheets and systems with transportation information. * Register drivers and vehicles. * Identify and resolve issues arising during the logistics process, ensuring agility and efficiency. **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics or related fields. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Typing speed and accuracy. * Proficiency in **Excel** and **Word**. * Ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role. * Meal allowance. * Food allowance. * Transportation allowance. * Night shift premium. * Overtime pay. * Thirteenth salary. * Vacation bonus. * Bonus and commission. * Incentive plan. **Work Schedule** * 8-hour shifts.
