Valuing teamwork and knowledge sharing **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of this area and role:** This person will be responsible for serving customers of the Fleury Group. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers' needs, focusing on preserving human-centered service without compromising the quality and excellence we highly value. Responsible for receiving and referring patients to the examination room, providing guidance on procedures performed in ultrasound, MRI, CT, and graphic methods. Applies and verifies forms, positions patients, cleans electrodes and cuffs, enters and prints examination reports and images for assembling the patient's file. **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Refer patients to the examination room according to the appointment schedule, providing information and guidance on examination procedures; ✓ Prepare examination images by operating the system and entering examination data as presented by the physician; ✓ Assemble the patient's file with the results, attaching images and the signed report; ✓ Maintain equipment cleanliness, performing hygiene procedures for ultrasound transducers, transporting them between examination rooms and utility rooms, and completing required documentation; ✓ Monitor pending issue reports and support resolution efforts, contacting customers when necessary; ✓ Confirm appointments with patients to maximize occupancy and optimize rescheduling; ✓ Procure necessary materials for activities from the warehouse; upon receipt, verify and store received materials. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** Completed High School Education.
