Teamwork and focus on caring for people **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the departmental and role challenges:** This person will be responsible for serving Grupo Fleury customers. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers' needs, with a focus on preserving human-centered service without compromising the quality and excellence we highly value. Responsible for patient reception and referral to the examination room, providing guidance regarding procedures performed in ultrasound, MRI, CT, and graphic methods. Applies and verifies forms, positions patients, sanitizes electrodes and cuffs, types and prints examination reports and images for assembling the patient's file. **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Refer patients to the examination room according to the appointment schedule, providing information and guidance about examination procedures; ✓ Prepare examination images, operate the system, and enter examination data as presented by the physician; ✓ Assemble the patient’s file containing the results, attaching images and the signed report; ✓ Maintain equipment cleanliness by sanitizing ultrasound transducers, transporting them between examination rooms and utility rooms, and performing required documentation; ✓ Monitor pending issue reports and support solution-seeking efforts, contacting customers when necessary; ✓ Confirm appointments with patients to ensure maximum occupancy and optimal rescheduling; ✓ Procure necessary materials for activities from the warehouse; upon receipt, verify and store received materials. **We Seek Candidates Who Demonstrate:** Before applying, please verify that you meet the requirements and align with our purpose.
