Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers inside the store premises in a polite and respectful manner; * Assist customers by offering and helping them locate products available at REDE Stores according to their needs; * Pay attention to all products on sale or currently promoted in-store to proactively offer them to customers; * Provide baskets and shopping carts to ensure customers' comfort during their visit to REDE Stores; * Assist with merchandise returns when necessary; * Support store front operations whenever possible; * Promote complementary products to help increase the store’s average transaction value and achieve sales targets. Requirements: * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently; * Basic computer literacy; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
