* ### **Job Description** + Operates the washing machine, loads and unloads laundry, and monitors the washing process. + Performs calibration once per week for water volume, temperature, running time / stop time, and carries out cleaning to initiate the production cycle for each operation. + Requests the manager to adjust controls and modify machine settings—such as motor speed—when deemed necessary. + Assesses equipment conditions and, when required, notifies the manager to arrange repairs. + Verifies equipment capacity before starting the process, cross-checking the production order and weight. + Loads parts into semi-automatic machines and verifies parts against the production order. + Feeds machines with equal quantities in each basket, when the equipment has two baskets. + Reviews the process recipe and follows the process accordingly. + After completing processes, checks part color against the pilot sample or color chart; if needed, collaborates with the laboratory department to adjust color until the desired shade is achieved. + Resolves issues occurring during the shift and provides feedback during shift handover. + Unloads parts from machines and maintains the area clean and organized. + Cleans the soap dispensers of the machines. + If time permits, assists with centrifugation of parts. + Avoids product waste and maintains dilutions at 100% compliance with product dosage instructions to prevent rework due to operational errors. + Conducts the drop test verification. + Cross-checks the recipe code versus the Production Order code (cover sheet). * ### **Field of Activity:** Industrial * ### **CBO Position:** Assistant / Helper of Washing Machine Operators for Fibers, Yarns, Fabrics, and Finished Garments * ### **Contract Type** Indefinite-term (CLT) * ### **Work Format:** On-site * ### **Additional Information** Experience Required?
