The company is seeking a Maintenance Analyst professional in Lavras. **Responsibilities:** Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Control maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, OEE, cost). Analyze failures and propose improvements to increase equipment reliability. Provide technical support to team leaders and technicians. Control service orders and maintenance history in the system. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Interface with suppliers for services, parts, and tools. Participate in and lead continuous improvement and cost reduction projects.
