At Gooxxy, the FP\&A team goes beyond control: it is a partner to operations and management, actively contributing to the company's sustainable growth and financial efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Financial Planning and Forecasting** Lead annual financial planning (budget) and periodic revisions (forecast), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and agility in deliverables. Develop robust financial models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and profitability projections. Perform variance analyses between actual vs. budget vs. forecast, explain deviations, and propose action plans. **Strategic Analyses and Management Support** Support senior management in setting financial targets and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). Produce sensitivity analyses and profitability studies by product, customer, and operation. Translate financial results into strategic insights to support fast and accurate decision-making. **Collaboration with Business Areas** Work closely with **Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Controlling** teams, ensuring financial decisions reflect business reality. Validate assumptions, monitor operational results, and propose data-driven improvements. Serve as the bridge between numbers and strategy, helping teams understand financial impacts and optimize resources. **Processes, Data, and Tools** Help automate reports and enhance financial analysis tools. Ensure data integrity and consistency within SAP Business One (or equivalent ERP). Support internal and external audits, guaranteeing data traceability and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Solid experience (3+ years)** in FP\&A, financial planning, and performance analysis. **Advanced Excel proficiency**, including financial modeling, dashboards, and complex analyses. Experience with **SAP Business One** or similar ERP systems. In-depth knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial metrics. Intermediate to advanced English. **Analytical and strategic profile with a strong ownership mindset**—someone who dives into details but also understands the big picture.
