**Responsibilities and Duties**
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships;
* Prospect strategic customers and lead consultative negotiations;
* Support the definition of go-to-market strategies;
* Develop business cases and commercial proposals;
* Collaborate with internal areas to validate solutions;
* Monitor KPIs and the new business pipeline.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Essential requirements for this position:
* Experience in new business development, consultative sales, or commercial strategy;
* Experience in B2B environments, preferably in technology, SaaS, logistics, or fleet management;
* Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Desirable qualifications:*
* Experience with startups or high-growth companies;
* Knowledge of the fleet or logistics market;
* Experience managing strategic partnerships;
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
