We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on Education and technical qualifications. **\#WESAREMILPLAN** **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with contractual conditions agreed upon with the client, such as: contractual deadlines, quality, and technical requirements. * Ensure that projects are executed in accordance with the Action Plan and productivity, financial, economic, safety, and health targets. * Contribute to customer satisfaction through strong relationship management, action plans, and adjustments, aiming to exceed expectations. * Contribute to the success of projects in which the company participates, whether independently or through partnerships, consortia, and alliances. * Participate in and technically approve purchase orders or contracts related to general and technical procurement processes. * Contribute to harmonizing and strengthening the company’s relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. * Monitor operational area process indicators, as well as strategic objectives under responsibility. * Conduct technical visits to support proposal development. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Electromechanical installation (production, planning, and management). **Preferred Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. **Desirable:** Postgraduate studies related to the activities to be performed.
