Responsible for leading the entire maintenance strategy for heavy and light fleets, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational safety. Manages preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance planning; internal and external workshop management; cost control; contracts; and supplier performance. Requires deep technical knowledge in automotive maintenance, fleet management, KPI analysis, compliance, and telematics systems. Strategic and analytical behavioral profile, results-oriented, with assertive leadership, clear communication, strong decision-making ability, and skill in managing multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments. Willingness to reside in Salvador/BA.
