




\*\*\* Position from a Talentbrand client company \*\*\* JOB DESCRIPTION Support condominium residents with information and documents via phone, email, or in person; Register and organize documents in the system for sending to condominiums; Update the application with notices, minutes, conventions, and various documents; Update resident registration data, including changes of ownership; Issue duplicate payment slips, clearance certificates, and delinquency reports; Generate agreements and send files for payment slip registration; Monitor space reservations and respond to requests through internal systems; Digitize and organize administrative documents; Review income proof documents; Attend internal meetings and periodic trainings; Support other department activities whenever necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience in the condominium sector; Experience with Cond21 system is a plus; Customer service experience.
