Let’s revolutionize education—together! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and update performance dashboards and reports for the Talent Acquisition team; * Support organizing and analyzing recruitment pipelines; * Monitor team capacity planning and productivity metrics; * Assist with data analysis and automation projects; * Help define and track efficiency, quality, and speed indicators; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within Talent Acquisition. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward in programs such as Production Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology; * Aptitude for data and logical reasoning (proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets is a plus); * Passion for problem-solving, hypothesis testing, and generating insights; * Curiosity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. **Additional Information** Life insurance Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical office locations Transportation allowance Birthday day off Corporate University Data protection changes everything During our candidate selection process for open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
