Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior DevOps / SRE to establish the DevOps/SRE discipline and evolve the company's entire infrastructure on AWS. Key Highlights: 1. Senior DevOps / SRE (AWS) **About the Role** ---------------- We are seeking our **first dedicated DevOps / SRE** to assume and evolve the company's entire infrastructure. Currently, our operations are supported by the development team, but we are initiating a **strategic initiative to mature our infrastructure**. We seek someone **highly experienced**, with a **hands\-on mindset**, capable of **designing, implementing, and operating scalable infrastructure**, while introducing **best practices in reliability, automation, security, and observability**. This person will have **significant technical autonomy** and will be responsible for **establishing the entire DevOps / SRE discipline within the company**. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on **Amazon Web Services** * Implement **Infrastructure as Code** * Build robust **CI/CD pipelines** * Implement **observability and monitoring practices** * Improve **resilience, availability, and performance** * Implement **backup and disaster recovery strategies** * Enhance **cloud security and access control practices** * Support the development team in **application architecture and deployment** * Reduce costs and optimize cloud infrastructure usage **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** -------------------------------------- * Solid experience as **DevOps or SRE (5\+ years)** * Advanced experience with **Amazon Web Services** * Real-world experience with **production-grade AWS architecture** * Proficiency in **Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)** * Experience with **containers and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes)** * Experience building **CI/CD pipelines** * Experience with **monitoring and observability** * Strong knowledge of **Linux** * Experience with **high availability and scalability** * Experience with **cloud security** **Nice-to-Haves** ---------------- * AWS certifications * Experience with **Kubernetes in production** * Experience with **multi\-account AWS environments** * Experience with **FinOps / cost optimization** * Experience with **high-scale platforms** * Experience with **SRE practices (SLI/SLO/Error Budget)** * Experience with **cloud migration** (lift\-and\-shift, replatforming, or rearchitecting) * Experience with **database administration** (backups, performance tuning, and production operations) **Candidate Profile** ----------------------- * Highly **hands\-on profile** * Strong **diagnostic capability** * Mindset oriented toward **automation** * Strong sense of **ownership** * Effective communication with the engineering team * Ability to **build technical processes from scratch**
