Training the sales team Rio do Sul – SC | Position also open to persons with disabilities (PCD) ### **What you’ll do daily:** * Act as the software’s technical specialist, mastering its features * Conduct demonstrations for potential customers * Clarify technical questions from customers and the sales team * Support the preparation of technical proposals * Train the sales team on the product * Provide technical post-sales support * Collect and analyze customer feedback * Monitor market trends and competition * Prepare performance reports You will work in direct partnership with teams, actively contributing to new business generation. ### **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Reside in Rio do Sul–SC or nearby locations * Be available for monthly travel * Have knowledge of database tools * Have experience with data visualization tools * Possess analytical capability * Stay continuously updated on the e-commerce ecosystem * Advanced project knowledge * Knowledge of communication techniques and commercial skills ### **Work Model** This position is **on-site in Rio do Sul**.
