About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling checkout-area activities—guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks, approving transactions, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily attending to customers in accordance with established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—aiming to ensure excellence in service and accuracy in store financial transactions. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure implementation of operational procedures at the checkout area by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; performing system loads on PDVs and scales; checking prices; providing and clarifying information; monitoring checkout discrepancies (cash movements and loss prevention); organizing informational and support meetings; and attending to customers across various requests; Ensure accurate execution of daily cash withdrawals and checkout closings, including physical cash counting and reconciliation with system records, to guarantee accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and organize customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security standards; Contribute to reducing checkout-area loss rates through preventive actions—including minimizing bag waste, potential thefts, and prompt returns of perishable items, etc.; Manage personnel matters related to shift scheduling, time banks, vacations, and other workload-related demands, using management reports provided by the HR department and by guiding employees; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed high school **Specific knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** R.
