Supervise assistants and decorators in performing their duties;
Set sales targets for each sales consultant;
Hire new sales consultants;
Develop and implement controls aimed at organizing activities and improving the productivity of each sales consultant, preparing budgets, and executing sales;
Responsibility and authority to achieve goals and objectives established in the Environmental Management System.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or International Trade;
Proven experience in the sales field;
