Job Description We are looking for an **Intelligent Automation & Applied AI Specialist** to design, develop, and enhance process automation solutions using **Artificial Intelligence**, integrations via **APIs**, **CRM, ERP, omnichannel customer service systems**, and the **Official WhatsApp API**. This person will be responsible for transforming manual and operational processes into **intelligent, scalable, and automated workflows**, strategically and securely connecting data, systems, and communication channels. This is a **100% remote position**, focused on results, autonomy, and real impact on projects. Key Responsibilities * Develop AI-powered process automations (NLP, LLMs, intelligent agents, and workflows). * Build and integrate workflows among **CRMs, ERPs, customer service systems, and automation platforms**. * Implement integrations with the **Official WhatsApp APIs (Meta)** and other communication channels. * Connect systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and serverless services. * Design automations for sales, marketing, support, billing, and operations. * Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions. * Document developed processes, workflows, and integrations. * Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams. Technical Requirements * Experience in **process automation** and system integrations. * Knowledge of **REST APIs, Webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, tokens, etc.)**. * Experience with **CRMs and ERPs** (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, PipeDrive, Bling, Totvs, etc.). * Experience with the **Official WhatsApp API (Meta)** and customer service platforms. * Knowledge of **AI applied to business** (chatbots, agents, intelligent automations). * Understanding of **system architecture and automation logic**. * Ability to practically solve complex problems. Nice-to-Have * Experience with tools such as **n8n, Make, Zapier, Node.js, Python**, or similar. * Experience with **LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)**. * Knowledge of **cloud platforms and serverless services**. * Experience delivering automation projects for high-growth companies.
