As a **Product Engineering Analyst**, you will play a key role in the development, optimization, and implementation of **flexible packaging** that combines functionality, innovation, aesthetics, and sustainability. Here, you'll work closely with R\&D, Quality, and Production departments, ensuring that each new package tells a story—the story of a product thoughtfully designed from start to finish. **Responsibilities and duties** Main activities include: * Registering and updating development orders in the internal system; * Leading technical meetings related to product engineering and interfacing with customers and suppliers; * Performing laboratory analyses of raw materials, films, coextruded and laminated structures; * Developing and standardizing technical procedures and laboratory testing methodologies; * Conducting calibration, verification, and control of laboratory equipment; * Evaluating and collecting samples of raw materials and inputs; * Supporting the engineering and quality departments in continuous improvement projects for processes and products; **Requirements and qualifications** Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Production, or related fields; Laboratory testing, quality control, and product engineering experience in flexible packaging is desirable; Office suite—especially basic Excel—and other quality tools; Join us and become part of a dedicated and talented team, where your skills will be enhanced and your professional growth promoted!
