Opportunity to contribute improvements and innovations **ATS Informática** is looking for a **Mid-Level Developer** to join our Technology and Innovation team in Montes Claros \- MG! If you are passionate about challenges, continuously seek improvement, and want to play a fundamental role in evolving our solutions, this position is for you! Your day-to-day work will focus on Delphi technology. But note: don’t worry if you lack prior Delphi experience! We prioritize your logical reasoning and ability to interpret and solve problems. If you have this foundation, we’ll provide all necessary support and training to help you become a Delphi expert. **What we expect from you:** As a Mid-Level Developer, you’ll play an essential role in building and evolving our products. Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing medium- and high-complexity features, always prioritizing performance, quality, and scalability; * Writing clean, readable, and maintainable code to ensure the sustainability of our systems; * Actively working with REST and SOAP APIs, both for consumption and development; * Efficiently identifying and resolving bugs to ensure solution stability; * Clearly documenting implemented features to facilitate understanding and collaboration; * Actively contributing suggestions for low- and medium-complexity improvements to our products and processes; * Supporting other areas—such as Business and Support—with technical clarifications, serving as a reference point; * Participating in technical feasibility analysis for new enhancements; * Correctly interpreting requirement documentation in User Story format; * Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best coding practices; * Collaborating closely with analysts and QA to understand and refine requirements. **Ready for the challenge?
