(Internet Link, VPN, L2L, IP Transit, Voz Total) ### **Education** Academic Qualification: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Computer Networks). ### **Additional Requirements** Experience delivering excellent customer experience and resolving medium-to-high complexity problems ### **Behavioral Competencies** Communication, negotiation, energy, emotional balance, flexibility, teamwork, and sense of urgency. ### **Technical Competencies** Advanced knowledge of telecommunications networks; Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol. Routing protocols: RIP, BGP, and OSPF NGN network OSI model layers ### **Required Experience** Familiarity with Algar Telecom’s B2B products and services.
