Job Summary: Support the sales department in administrative and operational sales routines, ensuring operational support to sales channels. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills ### **Responsibilities** Support the sales department in administrative and operational sales routines. Register, verify, and update proposals, orders, and contracts in systems. Support verification of customer documentation and commercial terms. Monitor order flow, deadlines, and status with internal departments involved. Support the sales team in resolving operational questions regarding processes and systems. Ensure accurate recording of commercial information, maintaining organized and up-to-date data. Support preparation of simple sales tracking reports and performance indicators.
