Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive BDR/SDR for active prospecting, scheduling qualified meetings, and converting cold lists into real opportunities within the commercial team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **BDR/SDR** to join our commercial team and take the front line in active prospecting and scheduling qualified meetings. This professional will be responsible for transforming cold lists into real opportunities by applying strategic outreach approaches, organization, and execution discipline. Position: SDR/BDR Company: Confidential Employment Type: PJ Work Mode: Remote Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 \+ Commission Working Hours: Monday to Friday **Requirements:** Completed High School Prior experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or related roles is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills to manage a high daily volume of contacts. Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, etc.). Resilience when facing objections and a results-oriented mindset. **Job Responsibilities:** Conduct active prospecting (cold calls, cold emails, WhatsApp/LinkedIn messages) to generate interest among potential customers. Work with cold lists and identify decision-makers. Qualify leads according to predefined criteria. Schedule meetings for the closing/sales consulting team. Maintain and keep the CRM updated with all contacts, follow-ups, and each lead’s status. Follow sales scripts and improve them with practical feedback. Work with clear metrics: number of contacts/day, meeting attendance rate, and call duration/day.
