Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative professional for active prospecting and customer qualification in the field of electoral research, performing initial outreach and presenting the service. Key Highlights: 1. Primary focus on active prospecting and qualification of potential customers 2. Conduct outreach via WhatsApp and phone calls to the contact database 3. Present electoral research solutions and identify interest We are looking for an organized, communicative, and resilient individual to work on the front line of our commercial process. The primary focus will be **active prospecting** and qualification of potential customers (politicians, advisors, and political parties) for the sale of electoral research. **How the work will function:** * **Model:** 100% Home Office (Remote). * **Tools:** We provide a laptop and a functional mobile phone. * **Workflow:** You will receive lists of qualified contacts. Your mission is to conduct the initial outreach, present the service, and generate interest. Once the customer responds positively, the opportunity is transferred to our closing team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct outreach via WhatsApp and phone calls to the provided contact database. * Clearly and professionally present electoral research solutions. * Identify the genuine interest of potential customers. * Perform the "handoff" (transfer) of interested leads to sales consultants. * Update spreadsheets or tracking systems with the status of each contact reached. **Requirements** * Communicative profile and excellent writing skills (flawless Portuguese). * Discipline to work from home and meet productivity targets. * Ability to overcome initial objections via phone or messaging. * Organizational skills to manage large volumes of daily contacts. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in telephone sales or prospecting (SDR). * Familiarity with or interest in the political and electoral landscape. * Residency in the region or knowledge of local dynamics. **What We Offer** * Complete equipment (Laptop + Mobile Phone). * Product training (Electoral Research). * Fixed salary + Commission/Bonus per closed research project.
