




Job Summary: Professional to work in the logistics area, providing support in material receiving, inspection, dispatch, inventory control, and administrative processes. Key Highlights: 1. Work in a dynamic warehouse environment **Your responsibilities:** * Support in receiving, inspection, and dispatch of materials relevant to the logistics department; * Capture and execute the pre\-invoice registration procedure in the system; * Register invoices and freight bills in the system; * Save documents related to receiving, entry, and payment authorization in supplier folders; * Record supplier evaluations in the raw material delivery evaluation spreadsheet; * Regularly verify arrival of XML files in folder Z and execute the pre\-invoice registration routine in advance to enable receiving, keeping it constantly updated; * Regularly verify folders containing supplier payment authorizations, keeping them updated; * Send daily reports on payment authorizations for completed processes; * Verify item coding and allocate materials on shelves according to correct addressing; * Receive material, tool, and production order requests; pick goods (products) from inventory; and perform system ERP write\-offs; * Participate in scheduled inventory counts to analyze stock quantities and generate information for accounting reporting; * Monitor product expiration dates and batch control. Generate ERP system reports with information, conduct physical checks, and if expiration dates or anomalies fall outside established standards, segregate the product on a red pallet as non\-conforming and notify Quality Control, Procurement, and Production departments; * Receive, categorize, and store products and supplies to maintain warehouse organization; * Support the shipping department by monitoring receiving and internal product movement processes within shipping. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); * Preferred: Technologist degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Preferred: Courses related to inventory management, measurement instruments, ISO standards, fiscal recordkeeping, tax fundamentals, supplier interaction, ERP\-Protheus system.
